For the fall 2011 session of the Mini Law School for the Public, practicing attorneys, judges and law professors will explain diffrent areas of the law and the legal system that have been at the heart of so many recent news stories. Sessions will cover: employment law and the economy; the sweeping changes of the health care law; criminal law and procedure; U.S. lawyers’ efforts to strengthen the justice system in Iraq; elderlaw, including guardianships; and family law, orders of protection and other issues.
